Job summary

A leading entertainment company in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a talented individual to conduct market research and generate innovative solutions to enhance brand value for both new and existing Talents. The successful candidate will oversee Talent development and collaborate with various teams to ensure project success. A Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Preferably with experience as a Supervisor/Coordinator in Entertainment/Performing Arts.
• Responsible for Talent development and growth.
