Job description

Overview

Has experience in hospital / clinical and pharmacy workflows, including patient journeys and medical record management, and understanding regulations related to the health information management system in Indonesia is a plus.

2+ years experienced in the relevant field (preferable have experienced to involve directly to make new system or project from the scratch).

Strong strategic thinking in analysing business processes, identifying needs and delivering solutions.

Good written technical documentation (software specification, business requirement, etc.) and verbal communication skills to various stakeholders.

Experience gathering and documenting Business and Functional Requirements.

Excellent knowledge in product lifecycle with agile methodology and have ability in utilizing various tools to concept the product (such as databases, UI/UX design, etc.)

Familiar with task management tools (Asana, JIRA, Trello), database design, data flow (SQL, No-SQL), design/wireframe and prototyping tools (Figma, Draw.io, etc).

Good written and verbal communication skill.

Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem solving environment.

Able to work full time on site (Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat).

Job Description

Analyze and understand systems processes and business requirements and translate them to system design.

Configure / customize the application to facilitate designated processes and transaction flow, including interface programs.

Create and execute design specification, documentation, testing and implementation in accordance to the project development methodology, change management and release processes.

Monitor and evaluate software releases /patches and make the appropriate recommendations.
