Responsibilities

• Create and implement check sheets for the supply chain.
• Analyze checklists and report issues with recommended actions.
• Provide training to suppliers on health, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Manage and develop content for the LinkedIn account.

SUSTAINABILITY COORDINATOR for IDSC (Bali Office)

The Sustainability Coordinator is responsible to collect, manage and analyse data related to Health, Safety and Sustainability for a variety supplier for travel agent that become member of Indonesia DMC Sustainability Collaboration (IDSC) https://idsc.info/web/. He/She reports to a board of IDSC.

JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sustainability

Together with DMC’s, ensure all suppliers committed to have Partner Agency Sustainability Contract through encouragement & advices, on-site inspections, and economically viable actions.

Health and Safety Management

Together with DMC’s, create and implement templates for check sheets of supply chain.

Reporting

Analyze all checklists/questionnaires and report monthly on issues with recommended actions.

Trainings

Provide trainings to suppliers to enhance their Health, Safety and Sustainability standards.

Managing Social Media Account (LinkedIn)

Develop, curate, and post engaging content on LinkedIn, including articles, posts, and updates regularly.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma in any field
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in tourism field/sustainability/health & safety for travel agent

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Willing to learn and high drive to meet the expectation
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with the board of DMC’s
• Have NGO on environmental, economic, human right background will be advantage
