As we continue to grow, we’re looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our expanding team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sustainability Consultant to support and lead various projects focused on improving environmental and social practices within hotels, restaurants, apartments, parks, and tourism destinations.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement tailored sustainability strategies for clients
• Conduct ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) assessments and gap analyses
• Evaluate environmental impact and operational performance
• Recommend practical improvements aligned with best practices and international standards (e.g., GSTC, ISO 14001, EarthCheck, GRI)
• Prepare reports, presentations, and sustainability roadmaps
• Coordinate with client teams and stakeholders for implementation
• Stay updated on national and international sustainability regulations and trends

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Social Studies or a related field
• Practical knowledge of environmental and social sustainability principles, standards, and policies
• Strong project management and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., LEED, GSTC, ISO 14001, or similar) are a plus
