Role Overview

We welcome professionals to join our team as a Supply Chain Operations Manager. This role will act as key driver in supply chain and logistic operational flows to ensure ecosystems runs optimum and efficient. Ensure end‑to‑end flows from materials readiness, inventory management, to logistic lines to achieve operational resilient. This role will act as the bridge collaborator between company and external parties to meet the business expectations. The role within will be included, but not limited to :

• Lead and manage supply chain functions including material planning, inventory control, procurement, and delivery process.
• Collaborate with production and quality team to meet the operational target.
• Building the long term partnership with customer, vendors, or any related parties.
• Manage and maintain incoming materials, warehouse management and logistic are in place.
• Develop and improve system to ensure accuracy, stability and performance.

About Candidate

• Strong in planning, analytical, problem solving, and external relation
• Possess a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or any related background, with proven at least 10 years’ experience in manufacturing and 5 years in managerial/section leader level
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced and dynamic environment
• Proven skills in ERP system, Ms. Excel, and Power BI analysis
• Excellence in coordination, follow up and communication skills
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in Business English
