Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Description
Purpose
Supports the contractual commitments process undertaken with the customer, follow up fulfillment of the purchase order and reviews the existence of a safe stock.
Main Responsibilities
- Supports the Execution of the negotiation of new agreements and the extension of existing ones monitoring contract terms and ensuring supply lead times are met.
- Provides information for order processing procedures, ensuring that they are responsive and synchronized to client requirements, develops an integrated order entry capability and ensures real time order tracking.
- Prepares information for collaborative planning, forecasting and stock replenishment, ensures production allocation optimizes load balance, assesses and minimizes the impact of demand variation on capacity, productivity, and inventory.
- Minimizes the invoicing cycle setting mechanisms of control and monitoring the efficiency of invoicing activities.
- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
- Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
Requirements
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or other Engineering and related fields.
- Recent graduate or up to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, and procurement processes is an advantage.

- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
