Responsibilities

• Manage quality control process of all devices by carrying out system tests and documenting test results.
• Manage order fulfillment and assist in inventory management.
• Ensure a smooth RMA process for goods sold.
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics including pick, pack and ship.
• Conduct training to Inspectors and Leaders.
• Verify suspected NC material reported by incoming and production.
• Follow up with suppliers on 8D reports related to NC material reported by incoming and production.
• Manage SCAR on IQC and production defect detections with suppliers directly and internal CAPA investigations.
• Support performing Supplier Quality audits.
• Manage SCAR and internal CAPA investigations for Main Plant.
• Support Incoming Inspection and First Articles approval.
• Lead supplier material failure investigations and implement necessary actions.
• Prepare monthly statistics and supplier performance reports.
• Maintain Supplier quality scorecard.
• Follow all Departmental Procedures and Work Instructions.
• Support First Article Approval function.
• Participate in new supplier evaluation and selection.
• Assist in establishing quality agreements.
• Conduct periodic audits at supplier premises.
• Initiate and manage supplier corrective action; monitor and improve supplier performance; assist in investigations with suppliers.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the organization.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree graduates in engineering field.
• More than 3 years experience in Quality.
• Understanding of Quality Management System ISO 9001.
• Understanding Core tools.
• Understanding of 8D report.
• Experience in dealing directly with suppliers for any Quality issue (min 2 years).
• Proven work experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
• Ability to perform supplier audits, evaluation and selection.
