Responsibilities

• Assist the Purchasing Manager to ensure smooth operation of the Purchasing department.
• Follow up on hotel purchasing policy and procedures.
• Obtain three competitive quotes from suppliers.
• Conduct interviews with suppliers and handle negotiations.
• Place orders with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Check pricing of purchase orders for best quality and price.
• Analyze market trends to anticipate price fluctuations.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Good command of both written and spoken English

Ability to lead and develop team members
