Overview

Analyze POS performance data to formulate local campaign strategies and directions (per cluster or per segmentation).

Develop a marketing framework and activation structure that can be used to create POS campaigns — not mass templates, but scalable approaches.

Design store-specific program approaches based on business priorities (volume, area potential, seasonality, etc.).

Provide recommendations for campaign funnels (Attract–Walk-in–Conversion) and channel mix (POSM, digital, community, KOC).

Initiate program and activation ideas based on local insights and real field conditions.

Develop strategic proposals and creative briefs.

Evaluate program/campaign performance and suggest iterations based on insights.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or any related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in business planning, marketing strategy, or campaign development, particularly involving multiple distribution points (multilocation models such as retail, multifinance, or FMCG).
  • Accustomed to developing strategies that are not only creative, but also take into account data, segmentation, and feasibility of execution.
  • Experience working with field or regional teams (decentralized structure)
  • Strong in Business & Campaign Planning, Cross-functional Collaboration, Communication & Execution Briefing, Adaptability & Grounded Ideation
  • High ownership and ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
  • Preferably with prior experience in creating program frameworks or reusable library frameworks
