Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of all incoming and outgoing goods and materials

Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels

Coordinating with production and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products

Optimising storage space and implementing efficient storage and retrieval systems

Supervising and training warehouse staff to maintain high standards of operation

Implementing and adhering to all relevant health, safety, and security protocols

Generating reports and data analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same or similar position (preferably in hospitality industry).
  • Familiar with inventory management systems and basic accounting procedures.
  • Good knowledge of receiving procedures, storage standards, and stock rotation (FIFO & FEFO).
  • Able to check and verify quality, quantity, and condition of incoming goods.
  • Capable of maintaining accurate stock records and reports.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, POS, inventory software).
  • Knowledge of food & beverage items handling and storage
