• Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and become a watch consultant to customers
• Develop a relationship with existing and new customers inlcuding landlord
• Controlling promote and offer the marketing promo
• Inventory Control and monthly reporting sales

Requirements:

• 2 years of work experience as a Store Supervisor, preferably having in the retail industry experience is a plus.
• Monitor and develop staff in the predetermined areas in order to build leadership succession plan in store.
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction based on SOP.
• Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and become a watch consultant to customers.
• Willing to work in Jamtangan.com Store East Java area when needed.
