Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Indonesia is seeking a Store Manager to oversee operations, ensure quality standards, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of management experience in a retail or QSR environment and strong skills in staff training and operational compliance. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the daily operation management of the store and ensure that service, product quality, hygiene and display comply with the headquarters standards.
  • Achieve the targets of sales, gross profit, cost and labor efficiency; formulate and implement the monthly/weekly store operation plan.
  • Take charge of staff scheduling, on-the-job training, performance communication and team atmosphere management to improve employee retention and team effectiveness.
  • Supervise raw material ordering, inventory turnover, loss control and stocktaking to ensure stable supply and healthy cost control.
  • Handle customer complaints and emergencies, and maintain brand reputation as well as local community relationships.
  • Implement food safety and compliance requirements (including cleaning and disinfection, equipment maintenance and mandatory training, etc.).
  • Complete daily/weekly reports, stocktaking statements and review of store operation data in accordance with the headquarters’ requirements.
Qualifications
  • College diploma or above is preferred; experience in chain beverage, catering or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) management is a plus.
  • At least 2-3 years of store management experience, or senior team leader/assistant store manager experience, with the ability to independently manage a store.
  • Possess staff management capabilities: recruitment, on-the-job training, scheduling, motivation and basic labor relation communication.
  • Have strong data and cost awareness; able to interpret and optimize key indicators including sales, gross profit, loss, inventory and labor efficiency.
  • Be highly responsible, stress-resistant and result-driven; able to adapt to shift work and peak business hours.
  • Language proficiency: Indonesian and English are mandatory.
  • Recognize the brand culture and standardization system, and be willing to receive systematic training and provide cross-store support.
