Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in the retail industry (preferably in women’s fashion).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in basic administration, inventory management, and sales analysis.
• Able to operate store-related software (e.g., POS systems & Microsoft Excel).
• Willing to work in shifts with a 6-day workweek and 1 day off.
• Willing to be placed in Summarecon Mall Bekasi.
• Willing to attend an offline interview at the Head Office located in North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the achievement of sales targets through regular reporting, trend analysis, promotional strategies, and team performance monitoring.
• Conduct recruitment, training, supervision, performance evaluation, and prepare work schedules and team rotation.
• Oversee store operations in accordance with SOPs, including document management (invoices, returns, etc.) and control of operational expenses.
• Perform stock checking, routine stock opname, and product ordering to ensure product availability.
• Maintain store service standards, handle customer complaints, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with the designated layout.
