Business Function

Responsibilities

• Lead data science initiatives to drive strategic business decisions and identify new business opportunities through advanced analytics
• Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to gain insights from large and complex data sets across various business functions such as risk management, customer analytics, fraud detection etc.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions through innovative use of data, analytics and machine learning techniques
• Design, develop and implement big data infrastructure, data pipelines and automated workflows for data ingestion, processing, modeling and reporting
• Monitor model performance, ensure data quality and govern model risk management process

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related quantitative field
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in data science, machine learning or predictive analytics
• Strong programming skills in Python, R and SQL for data wrangling, analytics and visualisation
• Hands‑on experience developing predictive models using machine learning and deep learning techniques
• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark and cloud platforms
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to partner with diverse functions
