Description:

Role Purpose:

This role focuses on managing and overseeing Program delivery to the 3ID Rural Partners (3Kios) within a specific Region Area. Responsibilities include weekly allocation and distribution among clusters, Target Cascading, monitoring and reporting on 3Kios KPI performance metrics (such as revenue and gross additions), collaborating with the 3Kios and other teams to optimize cluster performance, involvement in the Network Overlay Project in conjunction with technical teams, ensuring Rural Partners profitability through P&L management, and devising innovative distribution plans and strategies within the Sales market or Rural area.

Area of Responsibilities

  • Sales Planning

    • Translating Revenue into Monthly/Weekly Allocations: based on target sales

    • Propose program trade marketing to Retail Outlet to fill the gap of Revenue Achievement

  • Sales Management

    • Delivering and monitoring KPI Performance & Program to 3Kios

    • Responsible of weekly allocation and distribution to all cluster in District / Region Area

    • Monitoring & Reporting Performance 3Kios (Revenue, Gross Add, etc)

    • Collaboration with 3Kios team, especially to ensure performance of Rural Cluster

    • Monitoring & Ensure 3Kios Profitability (P&L)

    • Create new distribution plan & strategy in sales area

  • Team Collaboration

    • Collaborating with BSM, s and 3Kios to monitor and review KPI and drill down into action plan and daily operations

    • Engage with BSM’s to give support in term of Target Achievement

    • Provide BSM’s requirements in case of if they didn’t meet the monthly target of Revenue

    • Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplished delegated tasks assigned by Channel Operation Manager

  • Reporting & Analysis

    • Tracking & Monitoring Performance Distribution Score & KPI Rural Partners (3Kios)

    • Reporting performance to all BSM’s, CSE & 3Kios: Daily – Weekly - Monthly

    • Analyze performance 3Kios

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

  • Understanding in Market Segmentation

Related Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales & marketing area

  • Proven record in handling operational of channel distribution

  • Good Competency in Sales, Territory

  • Management and Marketing Skill
