Sr. Staff ERP Functional - IT Solutions - Jakarta (B-122981)

Our client is an IT Solutions company. They are looking for a Sr. Staff ERP Functional.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to identify and understand their business needs, particularly within manufacturing operations, and translate these needs into functional requirements for ERP system configuration and customization.
• Configure ERP modules to optimize workflows, business processes, and data management, with a focus on manufacturing functions (e.g., production planning, inventory management, order processing).
• Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements using ERP solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Lead the implementation of ERP systems for clients, ensuring that all functional requirements are met. Provide ongoing support post-implementation to resolve issues and enhance system functionality.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including technical experts and project managers) to ensure successful ERP deployment. Manage client relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide training to end-users and create documentation on ERP functionality, user manuals, and best practices. Ensure effective adoption of the ERP system by users.
• Conduct system testing and quality checks to ensure the ERP system functions correctly. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and ensure all system configurations meet client expectations.
• Act as a point of contact for clients facing complex issues within the ERP system. Leverage strong analytical skills to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Min 3 - 5 years of experience as a Functional ERP Consultant or ERP implementer in manufacturing industry.
• Experience in SQL (Oracle/SQL Server).
• Solid understanding of the manufacturing industry, including production processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Business level in English.
