Job summary

A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Solution Architect to provide ICT solutions and design for enterprise clients. This role entails creating technical designs, managing projects, and collaborating with sales teams to meet customer requirements. Ideal candidates will have a relevant university degree, at least 3 years of experience in similar roles, and strong communication skills in both Bahasa and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Solution Architect/PreSales/ICT Product/ICT Operation.
• Preferably certified in ICT Infrastructure, Network, or ICT Security.
• Experience with state-owned energy companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICT Solution and Design of Indosat’s service for enterprise customers as follows:
• Solution architect for ICT infra, Network, and IoT solution.
• Assist sales team to assess the customers’ technical requirements.
• Create the technical solution design and cost analysis as a reference for sales offering and implementation process.
• Ensure that the technical solution & design are valid and implementable.

Requirements

Qualification:

• University graduate majoring in Information Engineering/Computer Science/Information System, Electrical Engineering (arus lemah), Telecommunication, or other related majors with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Solution Architect/PreSales/ICT Product/ICT Operation in ICT Solution Provider/System Integrator/ICT Principal companies.

• Preferably certified in ICT Infrastructure, Network, or ICT Security.

• Experience in handling projects in state-owned energy companies is a plus.

• Able to work under limited direction, using initiative and judgment.

• Flexible and adaptable under pressure and able to meet short and long-term deadlines.

• Good analytical and planning skills to translate customer requirements into matching products & solutions.

Skill & Competence

• Able to design both ICT Infra (server, storage, firewall, network) and Telco (Connectivity, Internet, M2M).

• Expertise in Cloud/IoT/Application is a plus.

• Able to run and manage projects in terms of enterprise service.

Business Acumen

• Understand the Market Segment of Enterprise Service.

• Understand basic business calculations.

Communication Skills

• Good communication skills in Bahasa and English.

• Good presentation skills.

• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, presentation, and report writing skills.
