Responsibility

• To do performance tracking and monitoring for Debit Card, Bayar Beli, Remittance, QRIS product.
• Create a promotional campaign to increase customer interest in using bank’s Debit Card, Bayar Beli, QRIS and Remittance to increase customer loyalty with bank’s digital banking mobile application.
• Ensuring all the terms and condition of each campaign are transparent and well communicated to customers.
• Make a proper socialization of each campaign details.
• Prepare reports from all executed campaign.
• Ensure to run a monitoring and analysis function for all campaign.
• Ensure a smooth process for product development related to Debit Card, Bayar Beli, Remittance, QRIS to increase customer’s interest and loyalty with bank and revenue to bank.

Requirements
