Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting; experience in imported cosmetic products is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of online marketplace transaction recording (TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia).
• Knowledge in GMV, payout, vouchers, commissions, refunds, logistics & marketplace fee structures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Ensure all financial records are properly documented and comply with accounting standards & PSAK.
• Monitor aging reports for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Manage cash inflows and outflows and ensure sufficient balance for operational needs.
• Develop cash flow and budget planning on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Control operational expenses to maintain financial efficiency.
• Reconcile online sales from TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Tokopedia.
• Monitor marketplace payout schedules and ensure no discrepancies.
• Oversee monthly and annual tax filings and payments (VAT, Income Tax Article 21, 23, Final).
• Develop and improve financial and accounting SOPs.
• Supervise finance staff and ensure compliance with processes and timelines.

Job description

Reconcile online sales from TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Tokopedia (GMV, promotions, refunds, commissions, service fees) also offline sales as well.

Monitor marketplace payout schedules and ensure no discrepancies.

Analyse financial performance of online sales to support business evaluation.

Tax Management

Oversee monthly and annual tax filings and payments (VAT, Income Tax Article 21, 23, Final).

Prepare supporting documents for internal/external audit purposes.

System & SOP

Develop and improve financial and accounting SOPs.

Supervise finance staff and ensure compliance with processes and timelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting; experience in imported cosmetic products is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of online marketplace transaction recording (TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia).

Knowledge in GMV, payout, vouchers, commissions, refunds, logistics & marketplace fee structures.

Experienced in supplier payment process and import accounting.

Proficient in accounting software (Accurate, Journal, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

Detail-oriented, trustworthy, structured, and able to work under deadlines.
