We are seeking a Space Planning Team to oversee new business developments and site renovations while ensuring alignment with Daewoong Group’s unified design standards. This role will manage projects such as co-living, resorts, and villas, as well as improve existing coworking and clinic spaces. Responsibilities include preparing RFPs, participating in bidding processes, and coordinating with architects and contractors to deliver high-quality, brand-consistent spaces. All activities will be closely aligned with and reported to the Korea team to ensure seamless execution and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the progress of new business by applying Daewoong Group's unified design standards (establishment of space design standards)
  2. Renovation & space improvement for existing sites (Co-working, Clinic)
  3. Make RFPs and be participated in the bidding process based on the URS from operation team for each project.
  4. Communication and management of architects and contractors (contracting, supervision, communication)

All tasks must be communicated and reported to the Korea team.

All positions at Daewoong require a three-month probationary period.

Requirements

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering / Interior Design
  • Open for Fresh Graduate and Experience person (preferred experience for 5 years in Architecture/Interior field)
  • Fluent and proficient communication in English (able to communicate in Korean is a Plus)
  • Technical savvy is required. Desired skill-sets include CAD, MS Office Application (Excel, PPT)
  • Strong portfolio that illustrates high quality architecture or interior design contents (Those without a portfolio cannot apply)

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience in space planning, concrete solutions to problems, and experience in Indonesian and Southeast Asian architecture and interiors.
  • Strong, Creative planning skills and curiosity to learn about new trends.
  • Global project experience, experience in designing hotels and complexes.
  • Appropriate sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing business needs.
