Job description

We are seeking a Solution Architect – Microsoft Security to join our team. The architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of enterprise-grade Microsoft Security solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs, compliance standards, and best practices. This role requires both strong technical expertise and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Microsoft Security solutions across cloud and hybrid environments
• Assess business and security requirements, translating them into comprehensive solution blueprints
• Provide subject matter expertise on Microsoft Security stack, including Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Purview
• Develop security strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks for enterprise adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Applications, Compliance, Risk) to ensure integrated security solutions
• Conduct technical workshops, presentations, and solution demonstrations for clients and internal stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor on security best practices, risk management, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.)
• Oversee delivery teams, ensuring technical quality, solution adoption, and project success
• Prepare architecture documentation, security assessments, and executive-level reports
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Security solution design and implementation
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, Cloud), Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR), Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Purview
• Proven track record as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant in enterprise-scale environments
• Strong understanding of identity & access management, endpoint protection, threat protection, and compliance frameworks
• Microsoft certifications such as SC-100 (Cybersecurity Architect), SC-200, SC-300, or SC-400 are highly desirable
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
