Qualifications
- Background in social media, digital media, or creative agency is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or manager, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategy.
- Proficiency with social media analytics tools and management platforms.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Experience with paid advertising on social media and managing ad campaigns is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Creative Director to identify opportunities that drive brand awareness and align with communication strategy.
- Conduct competitive analysis, develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, staying up to date with emerging trends such as TikTok.
- Analyze social media data and performance metrics to identify insights and improvement areas.
- Create engaging and platform-native content and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Monitor and engage with audiences, fostering positive interactions and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media initiatives with overall marketing.
- Create detailed reports and presentations on social media performance, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
