Accountabilities
  • Produce high-quality visual and video content independently, optimized for short-form and social-first distribution.
  • Manage daily operations of global social media accounts, including posting, copywriting, engagement, and community interaction.
  • Design and execute a weekly social content calendar aligned with broader marketing initiatives and launches.
  • Adapt growth strategies to each platform’s algorithm, trends, and audience behavior to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and click-through rates, using insights to continuously optimize content.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support organic growth during key campaigns, promotions, and product releases.
Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in social media operations, content creation, or digital marketing, or strong early-career potential with relevant exposure.
  • Strong visual sensibility with hands-on experience using design and video tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, or After Effects.
  • Excellent written English skills, with the ability to create culturally relevant, native-level copy including memes and internet slang.
