Job description

For candidates with full working rights in Indonesia only.

1. Coordinate New Media operations, optimize new user acquisition strategies, build and manage teams, and be responsible for traffic growth and conversion results.

2. Establish and package the company's brand culture and product structure, track user preferences and hotspots, and create content in the form of videos, pictures, text, etc. through New Media channels such as TikTok and Facebook.

3. Based on product features and Target User needs, develop and optimize traffic promotion strategies for platforms such as TikTok and Facebook, and conduct Data Analysis and strategy review.

4. Deeply explore user requests and pain points, keep up with the development trend of mainstream New Media platforms, continuously optimize the creative direction and operation strategy of content, advertising, and LIVE, and expand the conversion effect of traffic.

5. Coordinate the entire LIVE process (scheduling, scripting, on-site control, in-feed ad) to ensure that the single-site GMV meets the standard.

Requirements
  • Education: College degree or above, major in network and New Media is preferred
  • Work experience: 3-5 years of short video operation and management experience in the snack food or related industry, with strong content sensitivity, able to independently plan and implement short video content
  • Language requirement: Chinese + English + Indonesian (those who master three languages at the same time are preferred)
  • Required Skills: Familiar with Short Video Platform features and user behavior; Proficient in using short video tools and technologies; Strong Data Analysis ability
  • Soft requirements (personality/cultural fit): good teamwork spirit and project management skills.
