Job summary

A dynamic franchise company in Jakarta Utara is looking for a Social Media Manager to create and implement engaging content strategies. You will manage and grow our social media accounts, collaborate with design teams, and execute campaigns to boost brand awareness. Create content plan & content calendar (weekly/monthly) aligned with brand strategy.

Develop and implement social media strategies through organic content and live hosting.

Act as a talent for social media content (photo, video, live streaming) to support branding.

Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand awareness and sales leads.

Conduct community management: reply to comments, DMs, and engage with followers.

Create relevant, creative, and engaging content aligned with FnB industry trends.

Collaborate with design & production teams to deliver engaging visual content.

Plan and execute special campaigns (promotions, seasonal events, collaborations with KOL/Influencers).

Manage and optimize social media ads (targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, evaluation).

Conduct market & competitor research to identify new content opportunities.

Stay up to date with social media tools and trends.

Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports, analyze data, and provide insights.

Handle negative feedback or communication crises on social media promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 year experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the Franchise industry.
  • Creative, proactive, open-minded, simple thinker & good storyteller.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing business social media accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Good sense of design, aesthetics, and visual branding.
  • Experience in managing social media ads (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram Ads) is a plus.
  • Capable of executing photo & video content creation.
  • Confident to appear on camera and able to act as content talent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and report social media performance.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management.
  • Available to join ASAP, placement in PIK.
