  • Responsible to create social media strategy for our clients, catch social media opportunities & trends
  • Responsible for managing & bringing the strategy into life on social media, content ecosystem and digital community for diverse client type
  • Continuously improves by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices
  • Collaborate across departments to manage reputation & coordinate actions
  • Develop partnerships and relationships with other brands/influencers/communities
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in communication, marketing or related field of study
  • 4+ years experience in social media management or online community management
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and other social media best practice
  • Strong analytical and planning skills; including deep understanding of social media analytics and listening tools
  • Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience in managing team and working with cross-funtional team

  • Proven record of creativity and innovation in the social media space

  • Expert in some of social media skills: creating engagement content to increase social media engagement, responding to social media assets in a timely manner, tone and manner. etc
