Meinhardt Indonesia is a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design and supervision for complex building and infrastructure projects. We are looking for a Site Supervisor (MEP) who can ensure that every installation on-site accurately reflects the consultant’s design and meets technical and safety standards.

Your Role

• Supervise and monitor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection works on-site to ensure compliance with consultant drawings and design intent.
• Coordinate closely with contractors and other disciplines to maintain proper sequencing, integration, and quality of MEP installations.
• Inspect site works, verify materials, and ensure that all systems meet project specifications and safety regulations.
• Identify design or installation discrepancies and support resolution through clear communication with the consultant engineer.
• Prepare daily reports, highlight progress and issues, and support project managers in maintaining timelines and quality targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP supervision within consultancy or large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems — both in design and site implementation.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings, coordinating with design teams, and reporting on site activities.
