About the role

This is a full-time Site Manager - Interior position with PT Standar Dekorasi Indonesia, a leading construction company based in South Jakarta. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of interior design and construction projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and project timelines are met. The role requires onsite management and coordination with the project team, subcontractors and clients.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all onsite construction activities, including supervising teams of workers, monitoring progress, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Liaise with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and communicate progress
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, and manage inventory and logistics
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction phase
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management
• Support the wider construction team as needed
