Job Description

We are seeking a Service Engineer to support diagnostic imaging products, including CR, DR, and X-ray systems with console, with potential future exposure to PACS.

This role is responsible for on-site installation, system setup, troubleshooting, and post-installation support. The Service Engineer is expected to take a proactive after-sales approach, ensuring customer success while strengthening long-term relationships, brand trust, and service reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of CR, DR, and X-ray systems, including system consoles
  • Provide troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and technical support after installation
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and system performance checks
  • Act as a technical point of contact for customers, ensuring system reliability and uptime
  • Proactively support customers post-installation to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and overall service experience
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and colleagues to resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Prepare service reports and maintain proper technical documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electro-Medical Engineering or related field
  • Certified Electro Medical Engineer (ATEM)
  • Hands‑on experience as a Service Engineer for general X-ray systems
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Able to work independently on customer sites
