About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Infrastructure / Server Engineer (Senior–Manager Level) to manage and strengthen our server and infrastructure environment. This role will be responsible for both hands‑on technical activities and people management, ensuring reliable and secure IT infrastructure operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and maintain server and infrastructure environments (Windows & Linux).
• Lead and supervise infrastructure/server engineers (for Manager level).
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
• Design, implement, and improve infrastructure architecture and capacity planning.
• Manage virtualization platforms (VMware or equivalent).
• Ensure system availability, performance, and security.
• Handle incident management, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support infrastructure‑related projects and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Server Engineering.

Experience as Senior Engineer, Lead, or Manager is acceptable.

Strong hands‑on experience with

• Active Directory
