Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and shape the user experience of our learning platform. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and content creators to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Key Areas of Expertise

• Apply a user-centered design approach, aligning with engineers, product managers, and customer success to solve real user pain points.
• Design intuitive, consistent, and visually appealing interfaces that simplify complex information and enhance user trust.
• Build prototypes and iterate using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, refining based on feedback and usability testing.
• Conduct usability tests, track UX metrics (e.g., task success, feature adoption), and optimize designs using user behavior insights.
• Collaborate closely with developers for smooth handoff, maintaining style guides and design systems.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends (AI/ML, AR/VR, accessibility), while applying ethical and inclusive design practices.
