Senior Technical Project Manager – Digital Marketing

Our Portfolio Company, Precision Digital, is hiring in Jakarta and Singapore!

Are you a proven project leader with a strong technical background in digital marketing delivery? We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive complex, multi-channel digital projects from inception to execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery for our clients. You will manage our team of SEO and Social Media experts working on international client projects in Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management of digital marketing service delivery projects (web, paid media, SEO/SEM, content, automation, analytics, etc.)
  • Translate client requirements into actionable technical and operational plans
  • Oversee cross-functional teams (design, development, performance marketing, content, analytics) to ensure seamless project execution
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, building trust and ensuring alignment on strategy, deliverables, and KPIs
  • Drive process optimization and identify opportunities to scale delivery efficiency

About You

  • 7–10+ years of experience in project management with a focus on digital marketing / digital service delivery
  • Strong technical knowledge across marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GA4, CMS platforms, automation tools, etc.)
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across APAC or global markets
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
