cmlabs is a brand under PT CMLABS INDONESIA DIGITAL, specializes in the SEO field, and was established in 2019. We use to stand in a new term as Software as a Service (SaaS) and located in two big cities in Indonesia, Jakarta, and Malang. This company was initiated with an idea to help companies or enterprises increase the visibility of their brand on the internet. cmlabs serve users in SEO Consultant, Content Writing, Content Marketing, and also have a product such SERPs Tracker and SEO Tools. SEO Tools are free and available for users who focus on webmaster and SEO writing. cmlabs will expand to a bigger market to present SEO product and serve SEO activities on a global scale for enterprises.
Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, track and analyze website performance metrics, and identify trends and insights to drive improvements in organic search rankings and user engagement.
- Track, report, and analyze SEO performance, including organic search traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and other SEO KPIs to ensure ongoing optimization and success.
- Manage SEO budget, estimate monthly costs for tools, resources, and campaigns, and ensure expenditures align with the SEO strategy and goals.
- Optimize website content, structure, and technical elements to improve organic search performance, ensuring best practices are followed for both on-page and off-page SEO.
- Perform keyword research, expansion, and optimization, staying ahead of market trends and identifying opportunities for ranking improvements and content gaps.
- Implement SEO recommendations for on-site and off-site strategies, including optimizing meta tags, headlines, content, and alt attributes for search visibility.
- Research and analyze competitor websites to identify opportunities for link building, content gaps, and areas for SEO improvement in competitive search rankings.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive link-building strategy to enhance domain authority and improve keyword rankings through high-quality, relevant backlinks.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that SEO best practices are followed in technical implementations, such as site architecture, URL structures, mobile optimization, and page speed.
- Partner with editorial and content teams to align content creation and content programming with SEO objectives, ensuring content is optimized for both search engines and user experience.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors based on ongoing SEO analysis to improve search rankings and user experience for targeted keywords.
Qualification
- 2-3 years of SEO experience
- A deep sense of accountability, adaptability, and embracing ambiguity working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Sequence Stats, Ahrefs, etc.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve search engine performance.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying SEO opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in English both orally and in writing
