Job Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities approaching to new clients.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Conduct regular market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and sales quotations.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with key decision-makers.
• Ensure proper coordination with production, design, and logistics teams to fulfill customer requirements.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, customer visits, and other commercial events.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer or any related major.
