Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in an industrial machinery company.
  • Experience working in a Japanese company is an advantage.
  • Able to drive a car and hold a valid driving license (SIM A).

  • Provide product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding project status, delivery, and after-sales.
  • Perform business trips as required.
  • Engage in client entertainment activities when necessary.

We are assisting a well-established Japanese trading company in Jakarta (industrial machinery sector) to hire a Senior Sales Staff. The ideal candidate is experienced in B2B sales, proactive, and able to maintain strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients.
  • Provide product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Prepare sales reports, visit reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding project status, delivery, and after-sales.
  • Perform business trips as required.
  • Engage in client entertainment activities when necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in an industrial machinery company.
  • Experience working in a Japanese company is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).
  • Able to drive a car and hold a valid driving license (SIM A).
  • Able to entertain clients (business dining/meetings).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Working Hours

08:00 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
