Overview

As a Senior Sales Karoseri Truk at PT Nusatama Berkah Tbk, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market share in the trailer industry. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, establishing relationships with new and existing customers, and achieving set sales targets. We are seeking results-oriented individuals with strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of trailers and the related market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and target potential customers through market research and industry networking.
  • Provide customized consultations and solutions to customers based on their needs and trailer specifications.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and sales strategies.
  • Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to expand your network and promote our products.
  • Negotiate prices and contracts with customers, ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on market input and customer feedback.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and understand market trends and competitors.
Qualifications
