A diversified company in Indonesia is looking for an experienced Quality Control Inspector specialized in furniture. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in quality control, particularly with solid wood and veneer products. Key responsibilities include conducting final quality inspections, monitoring production, and preparing inspection reports. Candidates must be able to work independently and must be willing to travel for inspections within Java. Basic English skills are preferred, and this is not an entry-level position.
Conduct Final Quality Inspections on completed furniture
Ensure compliance with approved samples, drawings, and buyer specifications
Identify and report defects related to construction, joinery, finishing, and packing
Monitor production progress and follow up on corrective actions
Prepare clear, professional inspection reports using online inspection platform
Support suppliers in improving quality consistency and workmanship
This is NOT an entry-level position
Candidates with less than 5 years furniture QC experience will not be considered
