• Oversee and control day-to-day plant operations.
• Coordinate with various departments: Production, PPIC, Warehouse, QC, and Logistics.
• Regularly report on plant performance.
• Develop strategies for continuous operational improvement.
• Translate management directives into efficient operational execution.
• Be flexible and willing to travel within the country.
