Future Pipe Industries (FPI) is a leading global manufacturer of anti-corrosion fiberglass piping systems, with over 40 years of experience. We operate manufacturing facilities across multiple countries and serve the Water, Oil & Gas, and Industrial sectors worldwide.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Production Clerk to support daily manufacturing operations by managing production data, coordinating schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation, while serving as a key link between production, planning, warehouse, and quality teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules with Production and Planning teams, while monitoring progress and highlighting delays, capacity constraints, or material issues.

Communicate production priorities and schedule changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders.

Prepare, analyze, and maintain production reports covering output, efficiency, downtime, scrap, and rework, ensuring accurate and timely data entry in ERP/MRP systems.

Generate management reports and dashboards to support production performance reviews.

Maintain complete and accurate production documentation, including work orders, batch records, and job cards, in compliance with company procedures and quality standards (ISO, GMP, etc.).

Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing production-related documentation.

Track raw material consumption and finished goods output against production plans, and coordinate with Warehouse and Procurement on material availability and shortages.

Investigate, analyze, and report inventory variances related to production activities.

Identify inefficiencies in production administration processes and support continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting, data accuracy, and workflow.

Train and guide junior production administrators or clerks as required.

Act as a key liaison between Production, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.

Prepare meeting minutes, action trackers, and follow‑ups, and provide administrative and analytical support to Production Management.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production or manufacturing administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in ISO / GMP / regulated manufacturing environments.

Exposure to continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).

Experience mentoring or supervising junior administrative staff.

Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, basic data analysis).

Hands‑on experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo).

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
