About the role

As a Senior Product Manager at PT GWS Era Medika, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and growth of our cutting-edge products. Based in Jakarta, this full-time position will see you leading the strategic direction and execution of product initiatives that align with the company's overall business objectives.

What you’ll be doing

Define and execute the product roadmap, translating business requirements into innovative product solutions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring new products to market.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancement and expansion.

Develop and maintain product specifications, user stories, and other product documentation.

Gather and prioritize customer feedback to continually improve the product experience.

Monitor and report on product performance metrics to inform data-driven decision making.

Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

8+ years of product management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
