We are seeking an analytical and results-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to supercharge our performance marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate is someone with at least 4 years of performance marketing experience and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Run and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more to improve campaign performance and drive KPI success.
Monitor, analyse, and report performance results on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Manage and ensure accurate tracking setup, including Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4, to enable proper attribution, conversion tracking, and campaign optimisation.
Identify and recommend audience targeting, bidding, and budget adjustments based on performance trends and data insights.
Work with cross-functional teams (creative, growth marketing, tech, and SEO) to establish marketing strategies to support revenue goals.
Analyse data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement in our performance marketing team.
Create, manage and experiment with new channels and strategies to increase revenue.
Management of monthly budgets to ensure efficient and effective marketing spend.
Produce and present regular performance reports, sharing insights via Looker Studio and SQL.
