Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Network Administrator to design, implement, and maintain complex enterprise network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in routing, switching, security, and large‑scale network operations, with HCIE or equivalent expert‑level certifications (CCIE / JNCIE) strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise‑grade network architectures, including LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, VPN, and data center networks.
• Lead network architecture planning for scalability, high availability, performance, and security.
• Operate and troubleshoot complex network environments involving multi‑vendor solutions (Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
• Manage and optimize routing and switching technologies (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLAN, VxLAN, SDN, STP, VRRP).
• Manage and optimize WLAN infrastructure such as Wireless Controllers (AC/WLC), Access Points (APs), and centralized management platforms.
• Implement and maintain network security solutions including firewalls, VPNs, ACLs, and segmentation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams to support business‑critical systems.
• Define network standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Lead network upgrades, migrations, and major incident resolutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• HCIE certification (Datacom or Security) or equivalent expert‑level certification, such as CCIE or JNCIE, is preferred.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise or large‑scale network design and administration.
• Strong expertise in routing, switching, and network security fundamentals.
• Solid experience with firewall technologies, VPNs, and network access control.
• Proven troubleshooting skills in complex, high‑availability network environments.
• Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., SNMP, NetFlow, Wireshark).
• Strong documentation, communication, and cross‑team collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
