• Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with top management to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives. Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to drive business performance.
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement within the finance function. Lead initiatives to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency across the group.
