About the role

Locca Sea House is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Sales Marketing to join our dynamic team in Bali. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for driving the sales and marketing strategy for our growing hospitality business. You will work closely with our executive leadership to identify new growth opportunities and develop innovative campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to meet revenue and growth targets
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to execute campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and events
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to inform strategic decision making
  • Collaborate with the product and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Monitor and report on the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, making adjustments as needed
  • Manage the sales and marketing budget and identify opportunities to optimise spending
  • Foster a high‑performing, customer‑centric culture within the sales and marketing team
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within the food and beverage, travel, MICE industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams
  • Experience leading and motivating high‑performing sales and marketing teams
