Job summary

The ideal candidate will communicate and negotiate with external parties, draft legal documents, and provide legal advice. Job Description

• Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, etc.)
• Drafted various drafts and edit the contract templates
• Conduct perform legal research as needed, and support projects as requested
• Assist and provide advice to the Company in litigation cases (if necessary)
• Doing advisory and review on companies' legal documents.
• Provide advice and support for cross-functional departments from legal & compliance aspects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Master's Degree in Law would be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations
• Experience with contract drafting and negotiation
• Strong knowledge of Collective Labor Agreement (PKB), UU CK, and Partnership.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the Outsourcing Industry
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English (both oral and written)
