Location: Cilandak, South Jakarta
Position: Full-Time (Site & Office Based)
Lead the full interior design process from concept development to final execution ensuring high-quality aesthetics, functional space planning, accurate cost estimation, and flawless implementation aligned with company standards and client expectations.
Conduct initial client meetings to gather needs, lifestyle, brand identity, and design objectives.
Develop complete design concepts including moodboard, storyboard, space planning, zoning, material palette, furniture concept, lighting ambiance.
Create 3–4 design direction options for client review and selection.
Prepare professional design presentations for internal teams and clients.
Produce detailed drawings: floor plan, RCP, elevations, millwork details, cabinetry, finishing schedule, material specs.
Create high-quality 3D visualization & final rendering.
Finalize technical drawings & shop drawings in coordination with workshop teams.
Prepare BoQ/basic RAB and material volume calculations.
Review custom furniture production before fabrication.
Act as liaison between: Project Manager, contractor/subcontractor, vendor/supplier, and MEP engineers.
Manage design timeline and project milestones.
Conduct routine site meetings & supervision to ensure dimension accuracy, material compliance, and finishing quality.
Perform technical problem-solving when issues arise on site.
Present design concepts professionally to clients.
Provide expert consultation, revisions, and design solutions within deadlines.
Maintain good client relationships to support repeat and referral business.
Offer design insights that contribute to company commercial strategy.
Conduct final site inspections and punch list reviews.
Coordinate project handover and completion documentation.
Capture design progress and final photo documentation.
