Responsibilities
- Create and present interior design concepts in response to client needs.
- Develop design ideas and create detailed plans as Architect & Interior Designer.
- Create & estimates design schedules, and staffing plans to complete projects.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers before and during project execution.
- Oversee projects from start to finish to make sure they follow the plan.
- Use software (3D Max, Sketchup, etc) to design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects.
- Work with clients to define project requirements and develop design criteria.
- Strong concept development and design detailing ability; able to draw quick sketch & perspective.
- Ensure projects follow plan; work within constraints and adapt to change.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Interior Design/Architecture, with at least 4 years of experience, especially in corporate & hospitality design.
- Senior Interior Designer must be capable to manage and lead the design team.
- Ability to understand client needs and interpret them into design.
- Conceptual and technical skills required, with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong technical skills; knowledge of building and interior regulations.
- Experience in quality control and field-working requirements.
- Experience working with Owner, consultants, engineers, quantity surveyors, and construction managers on complex projects.
- Possess SKA license from HDII is an advantage.
- Proficient in computer skills and design software programs.
