We are a growing specialty chemical trading company serving leading manufacturers in the paints, coatings, and ink industries across Indonesia. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a Senior HR Officer to help build a stronger, more accountable, and performance‑driven organization.
In this role, you will take ownership of our full HR function — from performance management and KPI tracking to compliance, employee engagement and management, and certification (including Ecovadis certification). You’ll work closely with the leadership team to design and implement people strategies that directly support business growth and operational excellence.

The Senior HR Officer is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction. This includes KPIs implementation, performance management, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, and relevant certifications (both from customer or other regulatory bodies).
