A manufacturing company in Indonesia seeks an experienced HR Manager in Batam to oversee recruitment, HR policies, and employee administration. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, and leadership skills. Excellent communication in English is required. This position is exclusively for candidates domiciled in Batam.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with labor regulations. Supervise employee administration: attendance, leave, personnel data, and employment contracts. Responsible for payroll processing: salary calculation, overtime, deductions, and related tax reporting. Manage industrial relations, BPJS Health & Employment. Handle GA: office supplies, PPE, cleaning, and security. Handle expatriate documents: VISA, KITAS, and operational coordination. Support employee training, development, and performance evaluation. Prepare regular HR-GA reports and support internal/external audits.
