About the role

At PT Sunrise Indonesia, we are seeking an exceptional Senior Graphic Designer and Photographer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our creative department, you will play a vital role in shaping the visual identity and marketing materials for our clients in the sports industry. This full-time role is based in our Jakarta office, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Create visually engaging and impactful designs for a variety of print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, posters, social media content, and advertisements.
• Capture high-quality photographs that effectively showcase our clients' products, services, and events.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand their needs and objectives, and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
• Collaborate with the design team to maintain brand consistency and elevate the overall visual aesthetic across all touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques, and continuously explore new ways to push the boundaries of your craft.
• Assist in the development and implementation of creative strategies that drive engagement and support our clients' success.

What we’re looking for

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in the sports industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency in photography and photo editing.
• Excellent eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling solutions.
• Solid understanding of colour theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn and embrace new technologies and design trends.
